We’re always facing the same messages everywhere we turn: Lift weights! Love the skin you’re in! Do a cleanse! Make your bed! Eat Keto! Pamper yourself! Do HIIT! Don’t weigh yourself! Journal! Log your food! Drink water, water, WATER! 

What am I actually supposed to do!? 

You’re supposed to be intentional. That’s it. Do all things with purpose. Love your family. Go to your job. Serve others. Take care of yourself. ON PURPOSE.

While I can’t necessarily help you with the family, job, service part (although I’ve been called a life coach time or two!), I can absolutely help you take care of yourself! Wherever you are in your journey to take better care of yourself, I can help—I realize that not everyone is in the same place.
